Your CFMP certification is expiring soon. In order to renew it, please complete the following form. Upon completion and verification of the form, you’ll receive a link to additional educational video options. You’ll be required to view 2 of the video selections, take the accompanying test and score at least 75% for a passing grade.

Upon completion of those steps, your certification will be renewed for an additional 5 years. There is no charge for the recertification process, for either planners or suppliers.
