QUALIFYING CRITERIA
You must be an RCMA member to participate.
Referred planners didn’t attend EMERGE 2024 (San Antonio) or 2025 (Phoenix).
Referred planners must register for EMERGE by February 10, 2026.
The referred planner must upload an active RFP and include the name of the planner who referred them when registering for EMERGE.
Each referred planner must be a final decision-maker for at least one event that books 50+ rooms on peak nights and moves to different locations.
Multiple referrals from the same organization/church must represent separate events, with each planner responsible for at least one.
All referred planners must attend EMERGE 2026 in its entirety.
