RCMA CEO Search Committee Named

The RCMA Search Committee has begun its work in the search for the next Chief Executive Officer of RCMA. In collaboration with SearchWide Global, the process is now fully underway following months of preparation.

As the first step, Kellie Henderson, Global Head of Destinations with SearchWide Global, is conducting needs-assessment interviews with the RCMA Board of Directors, the Search Committee, and RCMA staff. Insights from these conversations will help define the key qualifications, leadership characteristics, and priorities for the CEO role. Based on this profile, a detailed position description will be developed.
