How the Program Works

Each referral you provide increases the value of your reward. After Emerge concludes, you will receive a personalized link to choose from a collection of gifts that includes Apple, Dyson, Lululemon, Vitamix, Sonos, Yeti, and other top brands.

Gift values are based on the number of qualifying referrals:

• 1 referral = $50 gift

  2 referrals = $125 gift

  3 referrals = $200 gift

  4 referrals = $300 gift

  5 referrals = $500 gift

  6+ referrals = $750 gift (maximum gift value)

Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must be an RCMA member, and your referred planners must:

• Referred planners didn’t attend EMERGE 2024 (San Antonio) or 2025 (Phoenix).

• Referred planners must register for EMERGE by February 10, 2026.

• The referred planner must upload an active RFP and include the name of the planner who referred them when registering for EMERGE.

• Each referred planner must be a final decision-maker for at least one event that books 50+ rooms on peak nights and moves to different locations.

• Multiple referrals from the same organization/church must represent separate events, with each planner responsible for at least one.

• All referred planners must attend EMERGE 2026 in its entirety.
